ON THE CORRECTION OF LEGAL DOCUMENT

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK

- Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 46/2010/QH12 dated 16 June 2010;

- Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions No. 47/2010/QH12 dated 16 June 2010;

- Pursuant to the Decree No. 96/2008/ND-CP dated 26 August 2008 of the Government providing for the functions, duties, authorities and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

- Pursuant to the Decision No. 22/2007/QD-NHNN dated 28 May 2007 of the Governor of the State Bank on the issuance of the Regulation on archive and record activity;

- Pursuant to the Circular No. 13/2010/TT-NHNN dated 20 May 2010 of the State Bank of Vietnam on issuance of on prudential ratios in activities of credit institutions;

- Upon the proposal of the Director of Banking Inspection and Supervision Department,

DECIDES:

Article 1. The State Bank of Vietnam hereby announces to correct item c in Paragraph 2 Article 1 of the Circular No. 22/2011/TT-NHNN dated 30 August 2011 of the State Bank of Vietnam on the amendment, supplement of several articles of the Circular No. 13/2010/TT-NHNN dated 20 May 2010 of the Governor of the State Bank on prudential ratios in activities of credit institutions as follows:

“c. Claims in Vietnamese Dong secured by valuable paper issued by credit institutions which are established in Vietnam;”.

Article 2. Implementation organization

1. This Decision shall be effective from its signing date.

2. Director of Administrative Department, Chief Inspector of Banking Inspection and Supervision Agency, Heads of concerned units of the State Bank, Managers of State Bank branches in provinces, cities under the central Government’s management; Chairman of Board of Directors, Chairman of Board of Members and General Directors (Directors) of credit institutions shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
